สพลดนัย สินธนเจริญวงศ์ เป็นหุ้นส่วนและหนึ่งในผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งบริษัท โปรสมาร์ท บาร์ริสเตอร์ส จำกัด มีประสบการณ์ว่าความกว้างขวางทั้งคดีแพ่ง อาญา ปกครอง ครอบครัว และแรงงาน รวมถึงงานบังคับคดี
เคยว่าความและแก้ต่างให้ลูกความในคดีฉ้อโกง ยักยอกทรัพย์ หมิ่นประมาท ความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศ ค้ามนุษย์ และความผิดเกี่ยวกับเช็ค ก่อนหน้านี้เคยเป็นนิติกรที่สำนักกฎหมายโทรคมนาคม สำนักงาน กสทช. และทนายความในสำนักงานกฎหมายเอกชน ก่อนทำงานอิสระและร่วมก่อตั้งสำนักงานในปัจจุบัน
Sapoldanai Sinthanacharoenwong is a partner and co-founder of PROSMART BARRISTERS, with extensive litigation experience across civil, criminal, administrative, family, and labour law, as well as legal execution.
He has defended and represented clients in matters including fraud, embezzlement, defamation, sexual offences, human trafficking, and cheque-related offences. Earlier in his career he served as a legal officer at the NBTC's Legal Telecommunications Bureau and as an associate in private practice, before practising independently and co-founding the firm.
